Mushroom Makari, Sesame Noodle (they have a weird amount of Chinese food here), some version of paneer (Indian Cheese)
It's mango season. And you have never seen mango season until you have seen an Indian mango season.
We ordered this meal at our hotel. It is probably one of the most basic arrays of food in Amritsar. In the far left corner is Roti (a flat bread that is cooked on a griddle and tastes similar to pita bread), daal fry (lentiles in a light curry sauce - I have lentils for every meal and it's started to get a wee bit old), paneer marsala, and white rice.
